🏆 About ong24
Ong24 was built from the ground up for Malaysian players — in the language you speak, with the payment methods you use every day, and the games you actually enjoy. This is more than just another online casino platform. It's a community.
From Malaysia, for Malaysia — a digital entertainment platform built with genuine understanding
Ong24 is not a foreign company that simply converts currencies and translates its interface into Bahasa Malaysia and calls itself a "Malaysian platform". ong24 is a platform built from the ground up with a deep understanding of what Malaysian players truly want — a seamless gaming experience, deposit methods they already use in their daily lives, and customer support that speaks Bahasa Malaysia fluently, with no need to translate your question into another language first.
The name ong24 carries a meaning that is easy to remember — "ong" in Malaysian culture refers to luck and good fortune, while "24" reflects our unwavering commitment: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year long. We are always here whenever you want to play, place a bet, or get support. That is the core promise we have kept since day one of ong24's launch.
Ong24 offers over 850 games across Live Casino, slots, table games, poker, baccarat, roulette and Sports Betting covering more than 30 sports from around the world. The Malaysia Super League, EPL, Thomas Cup and Sudirman Cup badminton, IPL cricket, MPL Malaysia esports — it's all on ong24, with competitive odds and markets updated every few seconds using live match data.
Ong24's mission is straightforward: to provide the most trusted, most user-friendly, and most relevant digital entertainment platform for Malaysian players. We are not trying to be everything to everyone — our focus is on an authentic Malaysian experience, uncompromising security, and service that is genuinely built around the user.
Ong24's vision is to be the first name that comes to mind for Malaysian players whenever they want to enjoy online casino or Sports Betting in a safe and responsible environment. We believe that good digital entertainment is entertainment delivered with transparency, fairness, and a genuine sense of responsibility toward the community it serves.
Ong24's core product offering is split into two main areas. The first is an online casino featuring live casino games — baccarat, roulette, blackjack and other table games with real dealers in real time — alongside slots and poker available whenever it suits you. The second is Sports Betting, with an exceptionally wide range of match coverage and a particular focus on the sports Malaysians love most.
What sets ong24 apart from other platforms isn't just the number of games on offer — it's the way we deliver that experience. The ong24 interface is designed to be accessible to anyone, whether you're a seasoned player who knows exactly what you're looking for, or a first-timer trying online casino for the very first time. Registration takes under three minutes. Deposits can be made in under a minute using Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, or FPX via Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. Withdrawals are processed in just three to five minutes — no long waits, no unreasonable excuses.
Security at ong24 is not an add-on feature — it is a non-negotiable foundation. Every financial transaction on ong24 is encrypted with the same 256-bit SSL standard used by major banking institutions. Your personal data will never be shared with any third party without your explicit consent. The ong24 gaming platform uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent testing bodies, ensuring every game outcome is truly random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including ong24 itself.
We are equally committed to responsible gaming. ong24 provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming habits — from daily and weekly deposit limits and session time limits, to temporary or permanent self-exclusion options. The ong24 platform is open only to individuals aged 21 and above, and age verification is strictly enforced during registration.

The principles behind every decision we make in building ong24
Ong24 operates with full transparency. Every bonus term, rake rate, withdrawal rule and betting limit is stated clearly and in plain language. We do not hide important information in complicated fine print.
Every product decision at ong24 starts with the same question: does this create a better experience for our Malaysian players? Player interests and comfort are the compass that guides all platform development.
The world of technology and digital entertainment moves fast. ong24 is committed to keeping the platform continuously updated — adding new games, refining the interface and rolling out new features that make the playing experience more enjoyable and seamless.
Ong24 believes responsible entertainment is every player's right. We provide self-control tools, enforce age restrictions, and never use aggressive tactics to push players beyond their comfortable limits.
Whether you're playing at two in the afternoon or three in the morning, the ong24 experience stays consistent — a fast platform, accurate odds, quick payouts and support that's always ready to help, around the clock.
Ong24 takes pride in its Malaysian identity. From the sports we prioritise and the languages we support, to the way we celebrate festive seasons with special promotions — everything reflects a genuine understanding and appreciation of Malaysian culture and values.
From concept to Malaysia's most trusted player platform
The ong24 story began with a simple observation: Malaysian players had no online casino and Sports Betting platform truly built for them. The options available either lacked proper Bahasa Malaysia support, did not accept Malaysian payment methods, or paid no attention to the local leagues and sports closest to Malaysians' hearts.
The ong24 founding team — made up of tech professionals and sports enthusiasts from Kuala Lumpur, Penang, and Johor Bahru — decided it was time to change that. Drawing on a combination of technology expertise, gaming industry knowledge, and a deep love for Malaysian sports, they set out to build ong24.
Over 850 games and 30 sports in one easy-to-use platform
One of the things ong24 players mention most often in their feedback is how easily they can find exactly what they are looking for within our platform. Whether you are here to play live baccarat with a real dealer, try your luck on jackpot slots, take a seat at a Texas Hold'em table, or place a bet on tonight's JDT match — it is all available under one single ong24 account.
Players no longer need to juggle multiple accounts across different platforms, with balances scattered everywhere and varying payment methods to keep track of. At ong24, one account gives you access to the full digital entertainment experience that ong24 has to offer in Malaysia.
The same security infrastructure used by Malaysia's major banking institutions
Ong24 will never ask for your account password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you receive any suspicious communication claiming to be from ong24, do not respond — contact our support team directly through the official channels within the platform for verification.
Experienced professionals committed to delivering the best experience for Malaysian players
Behind this leadership team, more than 80 ong24 team members work every day to keep the platform running smoothly, securely, and continuously improving for you.
All of Malaysia's everyday payment methods — deposit and withdraw with ease and speed
Many international online casino platforms still rely on payment methods that are uncommon or unavailable in Malaysia — international credit cards with high transaction fees, foreign digital wallets requiring separate registrations, or bank transfers that take days to process.
Ong24 took a different approach from day one. We integrated all the everyday payment methods Malaysians already know and use — from Touch 'n Go eWallet for paying tolls and grabbing a coffee, to DuitNow and FPX for settling bills and shopping online. The result is that depositing at ong24 feels no different from making a regular payment in your everyday life.
For withdrawals, ong24 processes requests within three to five minutes — not three to five days, which is a complaint commonly heard about other platforms. Your winnings belong to you, and you deserve to receive them without the wait.
Ong24 takes responsible gaming seriously — not merely as a legal obligation, but as a core value we genuinely uphold. We believe that good entertainment is sustainable entertainment: players who game with control and awareness will enjoy a better experience for longer than those who play without limits.
The ong24 platform provides a full suite of self-control tools, accessible directly from your account settings. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. You can enable session time limits that will send you a reminder once you have played for your chosen duration. If you need a longer break, temporary self-exclusion (7 days, 30 days, or 90 days) or permanent self-exclusion options are available.
The ong24 platform is open only to individuals aged 21 and above. Age verification is carried out rigorously during registration. If you or someone you know needs support related to gambling habits, please contact Talian Kasih: 15999 operating 24 hours a day.
