What Awaits You After Logging In?

Logging in to your ong24 account is more than just entering a username and password — it's the gateway to a complete digital entertainment experience built specifically for Malaysian players who know what they want. The moment you log in, the entire ong24 ecosystem opens up to you instantly.

Pick Up Where You Left Off

The ong24 platform securely stores all your settings, game preferences, and activity history. When you log back in — whether after a few hours or a few days — you can jump straight back into Sports Betting on a live Malaysia Super League match, return to your favourite live baccarat table, or continue a slots session that's on the verge of triggering a bonus feature. No time wasted on reconfiguration.

Monitor Your Account and Transactions

Your ong24 account comes with a full dashboard showing your current MYR balance, deposit and withdrawal history, detailed betting history, and the status of any active bonuses or promotions. Full transparency is the ong24 standard — you always know exactly how much is in your account and every transaction that has taken place.

Access Exclusive Promotions & Bonuses

Most ong24 promotions and bonuses are available to logged-in members only. Weekly cashback is credited automatically to active member accounts every Monday. Enhanced odds offers on selected EPL and Malaysia Super League football matches can only be claimed by logged-in members before kick-off. Logging in consistently ensures you never miss out on any offers you're entitled to.

Manage Security Settings and Responsible Gaming

Once logged in, you can update your password, set deposit or loss limits, configure session time limits, or activate self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming section in your account settings. All these self-control tools are free and accessible directly within your account — no complicated process or need to contact support for the basic tools.

ong24 Account Security Tips
Use a Unique Password
Don't use the same password for your ong24 account and other accounts such as email or social media. A unique password keeps you protected even if another account is compromised.
Never Share Your Password
The ong24 support team will never ask for your password. If anyone claiming to be from ong24 asks for your password, it is a scam attempt — do not comply.
Avoid Public WiFi
Avoid logging in to your ong24 account over unsecured public WiFi, such as at restaurants or shopping malls. Use mobile data or a trusted VPN if needed.
Log Out When You're Done
Always log out of your ong24 account when you're done playing, especially on shared devices. This prevents others from gaining unauthorised access to your account.
Enable Account Notifications
Enable email notifications for important account activity such as logins from new devices, withdrawals, and deposits. This helps you spot any unauthorised activity quickly.

Security Notice: Only log in through the official website ong24.click. Be wary of fake websites or links received via SMS or WhatsApp claiming to be from ong24. Always verify the URL before entering your login details.

01
01

02
02
Enter Your Password
Enter your ong24 account password. Click the eye icon on the right side of the password field to show or hide your password as you type — handy for avoiding typos, especially on a small smartphone screen.
03
03

Click the "Log In Now" button and you'll be taken straight to your ong24 account dashboard. From there, all games, deposit and withdrawal functions, account settings, and active promotions are immediately accessible.

Login Security ong24

Multi-layered protection that keeps your account secure every time you log in

256-bit SSL Encryption
Every ong24 login session is protected by TLS 1.3 with 256-bit SSL encryption. This means your username, password, and all data transmitted during your session cannot be intercepted or read by any third party in transit between your device and ong24's servers.
Suspicious Activity Detection
ong24's security system continuously monitors every login attempt. Logins from new locations, unrecognised devices, or suspicious patterns are flagged and may require additional verification — all of this exists solely to protect your account.
Automatic Session Logout on Inactivity
To protect your account, ong24 automatically closes your session after a set period of inactivity. This prevents unauthorised access in case you forget to log out, particularly on devices shared with other household members.
Repeated Login Attempt Restriction
After several consecutive failed login attempts, the ong24 system will temporarily block further attempts from that device or IP address. This prevents brute-force attacks that try to guess your account password automatically.
New Device Login Notification
When your ong24 account is accessed from a device that hasn't been used before, ong24 will send a notification to your registered email. If you receive a notification for a login you didn't make, contact ong24 support immediately.
One Active Session at a Time
The ong24 system ensures only one active session can run per account at any given time. If your account is logged in from another device, your current session will be automatically terminated — preventing any unauthorised concurrent access.

FAQs — ong24 Login

Answers to the most common login issues faced by ong24 players in Malaysia

Click the link "Forgot Password?" found in the ong24 login form at the top of this page. Enter the email address you used when registering your account. ong24 will send a password reset link to that email within a few minutes. Click the link in the email and set a strong new password — at least eight characters combining letters and numbers. If you don't receive the email after 10 minutes, check your spam folder or contact the ong24 support team via live chat or email at support@ong24.click for immediate assistance.

For security purposes, your ong24 account will be temporarily locked after several consecutive failed login attempts. This is a protective measure to prevent unauthorised access. The temporary lock typically lifts within 15 to 30 minutes. If you need access sooner, contact the ong24 support team via live chat on the platform or email support@ong24.click, providing your registered username or email address. Our team will verify your identity and help restore your access safely.

Yes. The ong24 platform lets you log in using either your username or registered email address — whichever you remember. Enter the email address you used when registering in the username field, along with your password as usual. If you can't recall which email you used to register, contact ong24 support via live chat and provide additional details such as your registered phone number for identity verification.

If you receive a login notification for activity you don't recognise, this is a serious sign that your login credentials may have been compromised. Take these immediate steps: first, log in to your ong24 account (if you still can) and change your password right away to a new, strong one. Second, contact the ong24 support team via live chat or email at support@ong24.click and report the suspicious activity. The ong24 security team will review your account activity logs and take the appropriate action to protect your account. All transactions made by unauthorised parties will be investigated.

For security purposes, the ong24 system only allows one active session at a time per account. This means that if you log in to your ong24 account on your smartphone, any active session on another device (such as a laptop) will be automatically ended. The "Remember Me" option lets you log in faster on the same device in future sessions without re-entering your username — but it does not maintain simultaneous active sessions across multiple devices at the same time.

If the ong24 login page isn't loading properly on your mobile device, try the following steps in order: first, refresh the page by pulling down on the screen or clicking the browser's refresh button. Second, clear your browser's cache and cookies — this often resolves display issues. Third, try a different browser, such as Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. Fourth, make sure your internet connection is stable — try switching between WiFi and mobile data to see which performs better. If the issue persists after trying all the steps above, contact ong24 support via email at support@ong24.click and include your device type and browser version.
